Job summary

Benson Law APC is seeking an Executive Operations Associate to optimize operations from a remote LatAm hub. You will deploy AI-assisted workflows, manage the CRM, and coordinate calendar and outreach for a US-based executive. This is a full-time, remote position with growth opportunities and mentorship.

The role requires daily use of AI tools, strong Airtable/spreadsheet skills, and fluency in English. Some Spanish is a plus, and NDA is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for work.
• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or virtual assistant for a US-based executive.
• Strong Airtable or spreadsheet skills.
• Make or Zapier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the firm's relationship CRM using Airtable.
• Manage the owner's calendar.
• Use AI tools to increase output.
• Prepare weekly outreach lists and log interactions.
• Draft personalized emails and track replies.
• Research attorneys and community partners.
• Automate workflows and repetitive tasks.
