Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to the founder of a US-based service/finance/advisory firm. You’ll manage calendars, inbox, travel, and coordinate priorities while building scalable systems.

This full-time, 100% remote role follows US business hours from Argentina, with base pay of 1,800–2,600 USD per month plus commission potential. Strong English, AI tool usage, and CRM maintenance are required.

Qualifications

4+ years as an EA or chief-of-staff-style assistant.
2+ years supporting a US founder or executive.
C1+ English and comfortable on live client calls.
Strong command of Google Workspace.
Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up work.
Discretion, ownership and fast response time during US hours.

Responsibilities

Manage founder's calendar, inbox and travel, and keep priorities in check.
Run weekly priorities, meeting prep, follow-ups and action-item tracking.
Speak for the founder with clients, vendors and the team on calls and email.
Build and maintain workflows in Notion, Asana, Zapier, Google Workspace and AI assistants
Keep the CRM (HubSpot or similar) clean and up to date
Prepare documents, decks and reports, and run light research
Spot bottlenecks and fix them without being asked
