Shadow Light Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fully remote role. You will support a fast-moving founder in both business and personal logistics, prioritizing effectively and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll own the inbox, manage the calendar across time zones, arrange travel end-to-end, coordinate events, and liaise with stakeholders. This role requires discretion, initiative, and strong communication to keep operations smooth and strategic.

Formación

• Experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong travel planning and itinerary optimization.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion).

Responsabilidades

• Manage CEO inbox, triage and respond to priority messages.
• Own calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and cost optimization.
• Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics.
• Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business and personal administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist on special projects with discretion.
