You will triage the CEO’s inbox, manage the calendar, and handle end-to-end travel and events with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. A fast-paced startup environment is ideal. You bring proven EA experience, strong communication, and mastery of travel planning and productivity
Our client is a small, fast-moving legal-tech startup transforming estate planning for attorneys. Their platform streamlines client information intake, automating manual work and giving law firms a smoother, more collaborative way to serve their clients.
This is a wide-ranging Executive Assistant seat supporting the CEO across both business and personal logistics. The company needs someone who anticipates what's coming, juggles competing priorities without dropping the ball, and takes things off the CEO's plate before they become urgent — not after.
Own the CEO's inbox — triage, prioritize, and make sure what matters gets answered on time
Run the calendar — schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and keep it moving without constant check-ins
Handle all travel end-to-end — flights, hotels, cars, points/rewards optimization, and fast rebooking when plans change
Coordinate conference and event logistics — booth orders, registrations, and on‑site details
Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, keeping communication timely and professional
Take on business admin (purchasing, record‑keeping) and personal/household logistics (home maintenance scheduling, appointments) so both sides of the CEO's life stay covered
Step into special projects and research as they come up, and handle confidential information with airtight discretion
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup or fast‑paced environment
Real travel‑planning chops — comfortable with airlines, hotels, points/rewards programs, and complex itineraries
Sharp organizational and time‑management skills with genuine attention to detail
A proactive, flexible mindset — you spot what's needed and handle it before it's urgent
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfort with modern productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace and similar)
Competitive compensation based on experience
Full‑time role with US Time overlap
High‑trust partnership with a high‑performing founder
Direct impact on executive performance and company operations
Intro Chat (Atomic HR) – 20-minute conversation on fit and experience
Targeted Assessment – Focused on real EA scenarios, Notion, and AI usage
Final Interview – Conversation with the CEO
