Formación

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional travel-planning chops with complex itineraries.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and anticipation of needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with modern productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace and similar).

Responsabilidades

• Own the CEO's inbox - triage, prioritize, and ensure timely responses.
• Run the calendar - schedule meetings and manage conflicts.
• Handle travel end-to-end for flights, hotels, cars and rebooking when plans change.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics - booth orders, registrations, on-site details.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders with professional communication.
• Manage business admin and personal/household logistics to support the CEO.
• Take on special projects and handle confidential information with discretion.
