Job summary

Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist for LATAM. You will lead end-to-end direct sales, prospecting, and technical solution architecture to unlock Business Messaging and AI opportunities for mid-to-large clients.

Work with cross-functional teams across Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Engineering to develop strategies, drive revenue, and enable customers to realize the full potential of Meta’s platform in LATAM. Remote work within LATAM is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end direct sales with a focus on SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and bridge business and technical conversations.
• Familiarity with platform implementation and solution selling in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and design technical solutions in partnership with clients to advance AI/agentic initiatives.
• Lead prospecting initiatives, pipeline targets, and strategic account planning for LATAM.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering to scale client-facing activities.
• Develop and present value propositions and commercial structures to drive revenue outcomes.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve overall performance and outcomes.
