Job summary

Ryz Labs is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to bridge client support, custom development, and platform implementations across LATAM. You will own end-to-end issues, perform MCP-enabled integrations, and deliver tailored AI-powered client solutions.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure adoption, value realization, and measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical support, customer-success engineering, or SaaS operations.
• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting during client launches and deployments.
• Develop training, guides, and configuration docs for client use cases.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across enterprise platforms and client environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to drive improvements.
