RYZ Labs is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to drive the technical evolution of AI/ML across its client portfolio. You will own AI productization, governance, and platform architecture while mentoring engineering teams in a hands-on role.

You’ll lead multi-tenant AI services, establish AI risk controls, and define scalable deployment patterns using IaC, Docker, and CI/CD. Strong English communication and leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• 15+ years in software engineering, data science, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or engineering.
• Deep Python AI/ML expertise; deploy models to public cloud.
• Experience designing multi-tenant AI services and microservices.
• Hands-on Docker, Terraform, CI/CD in production.
• AI security/governance: risks, controls, data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.

Responsabilidades

• AI productization and platform governance playbook ownership.
• Build internal tooling for AI scaffolding, monitoring, data infra.
• Define AI governance policies and SOC2/ISO-aligned controls.
• Define deployment patterns using containerization and IaC.
• Champion TDD and modern software engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers, improve design quality and production rigor.
• Act as technical authority on AI/ML and platform architecture.
