RYZ Labs seeks a Principal AI Engineer to drive the technical evolution of AI/ML across its global portfolio. This hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data science, and platform architecture.

You will own AI governance, scalable AI services, internal tooling, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring teams to raise engineering standards.

Formación

• 15+ years of software engineering, data science, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks with cloud deployment.
• Designed multi-tenant AI services, LLM integrations, and microservices in production.
• Hands-on containerization, IaC, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AI security, governance, and risk topics.

Responsabilidades

• Design AI productization playbooks and governance, defining service patterns and production readiness.
• Build reusable internal tooling, AI scaffolding, monitoring systems, and data infrastructure.
• Establish AI governance policies (permissions, data controls) and SOC2/ISO-aligned controls.
• Mentor engineers and tech leads, driving design quality and production rigor.
