Job summary

RYZ Labs is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join the core engineering team for a key international client. You will shape next‑gen AI platforms at the intersection of production systems, applied AI, and scalable engineering excellence.

Lead the design of multi‑tenant architectures, MLOps and LLM governance, collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders, and deliver robust, secure AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in software engineering with Backend/Distributed Systems focus.
• Production ML expertise in MLOps, evaluation rubrics, RG, and LLM engineering.
• Strong distributed systems architecture in Python/Go/TypeScript.
• Hands-on DevOps with Docker and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage AI models at scale with monitoring and costs.
• Design distributed microservices and IaC/CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI governance, security, and prompt injection defenses.
• Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders from inception to delivery.
