Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders to design dashboards, model data, and ensure data quality across the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards providing actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
