AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, onboard data, and ensure data quality while working in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics and visualizations.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data consistency, quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across reports.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
