Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling and DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the full data flow.
Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization and decision support.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
