Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. This role requires 4+ years of professional Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You'll partner with stakeholders, design end-to-end BI solutions, ensure data quality, and collaborate with IT and distributed teams in an Agile

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms; SAP-based sources.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
Onboard data into enterprise platforms like Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow to BI layers.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPIs across the business.
