Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts, direct client communication, and data-driven optimization. You will audit accounts, present findings, and defend your calls.

This role emphasizes attribution, incremental growth, and a hands-on approach to landing page and tracking improvements. You will work remotely with US Eastern business hours, managing a diverse client base and real budgets across DTC brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental metrics.
• Fluent English communication for client calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end as the primary contact.
• Audit accounts before making changes; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Run Brand and Non-brand campaigns as separate strategies with clear reporting.
• Manage feeds, Merchant Center, and tracking to ensure data accuracy.
• Defend decisions and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS with incremental view.
