Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts and drive growth. You will manage client relationships directly, audit and optimize campaigns, and build the assets and tracking to prove incremental impact.

You will work remotely with teams worldwide, communicating clearly in English, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes over activity. Expect autonomy and real influence over how we run paid media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Experience with attribution models and incremental growth strategies.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Strong communication skills in English for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end-to-end and be the client’s main contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; report findings with Loom walkthroughs.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and optimize for incremental growth.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets and scripts.
• Present results, defend decisions, and drive strategy with clients.
