Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own Google Accounts end to end, directly communicate with clients, and manage budgets from small to six figures monthly. We expect you to audit, strategize, and optimize across Google Ads and associated platforms.

You can live anywhere; the role requires availability for US Eastern hours. You will be judged on outcomes, not clocking in, with opportunities to grow into senior strategy roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend; provide CPA/ROAS results and changes
• Fluent English communication with clients
• Able to build and ship landing pages using AI tools
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate accounts.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data quality.
• Own tracking via GA4, GTM, and conversions; ensure data integrity.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reports).
• Provide independent client updates and defend your recommendations.
