Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own and optimize a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce accounts. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from data-driven audits to live client updates, with a focus on incremental growth and transparent attribution.

You will work remotely with clients worldwide, taking calls during US Eastern business hours and delivering measurable growth, ROAS, and CPA improvements through strategic testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and justify changes to clients.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals/tracking.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC/eCommerce clients.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns: structure, negatives, bidding, conversion tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand strategies and track incremental impact.
• Define attribution perspectives and defend them with data.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets and scripts.
