Job summary

Ghost Sherpa, LLC is seeking an experienced Digital Media Buyer to manage SA360, Google Ads, Bing, PMAX, YouTube, and Meta campaigns for U.S. clients with large budgets.

You will translate strategic plans into precise, QA'd campaigns, optimize for KPIs, and keep the Strategy team updated on progress. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience across SA360, Google Ads, Bing, and Meta, plus strong GTM/GA4 and Excel skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on paid media execution with SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience managing complex U.S. campaigns with large budgets and high volumes of campaigns/ad groups.
Solid technical skills in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking; proficient in Excel.
Strong attention to detail with naming conventions, budget structures, QA checklists, and Monday.com usage.
Advanced English, written and spoken; experience with U.S.-based agencies or clients.

Responsibilities

Execute paid media buys across SA360, Google Ads, Bing, PMAX, YouTube, and Meta for U.S. clients with large budgets.
Turn strategic plans into precise, QA'd campaigns and optimize against KPIs.
Keep the Strategy team informed at every step and report performance insights.
Maintain naming conventions, budgets, QA checks, and project tracking in Monday.com.
