Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Senior Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from inception to reporting. You will manage budgets, craft strategy, and defend decisions with clients, taking responsibility for CPA/ROAS outcomes.

You will own the feed, tracking, and creative assets, coordinating with GA4, GTM, and Shopify ecosystems. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to work across time zones with US client calls.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with DTC/eCommerce brands and proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Ability to own client relationships and communicate plan, updates, and decisions directly.
• Ability to audit accounts, structure campaigns, and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

Aufgaben

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct streams; track incremental impact and report separately.
• Maintain control of feed, tracking, and landing pages; build pages and scripts as needed.
• Be able to explain and defend attribution models and holdouts; work during US Eastern hours.
