You will conduct structured interviews, map processes, and translate needs into clear requirements, with a focus on governance, data quality, and sustainable reporting operations. The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders and the ability to drive requirements through ambiguity while delivering tangible improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis or requirements management.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
• Experience assessing and rationalizing existing reporting portfolios.
• Translate complex needs into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory of reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, and value.
• Identify gaps and decommission obsolete reports.
• Define consolidated reporting demand and ownership.
• Create a target-state reporting portfolio and roadmap.
