The role emphasizes stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and cross-team collaboration to drive value, reduce duplication, and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of business analysis and requirements management experience.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Experience assessing and rationalizing reporting/analytics portfolios.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, docs, inventories, and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to spot gaps, duplications, and simplifications.
• Ability to collaborate across business, tech, data, and risk stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to drive requirements despite ambiguity.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Aufgaben

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing reports and dashboards.
• Research historical reporting to understand needs and use cases.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, and value.
• Identify gaps and reports that no longer serve purposes.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, or decommission reports.
• Define stakeholder groups and personas consuming reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews to capture objectives and outcomes.
• Translate needs into well-defined requirements.
• Establish a consolidated view of reporting demand.
• Create a target-state reporting portfolio and roadmap.
• Assign ownership for reports, data sources, and requirements.
• Maintain traceability from needs to outcomes.
