AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to assess existing reporting and define a future‑state reporting strategy and governance model across a broad stakeholder community. You will translate complex business needs into structured requirements, conduct structured interviews, and develop a comprehensive inventory of reports, dashboards, and metrics.

This role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders, ability to drive requirements through ambiguity, and coordination

Qualificações

• 4+ years in business analysis or requirements management.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
• Experience assessing and rationalizing an existing reporting or analytics portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into structured business and functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, requirements docs, reporting inventories, and roadmaps.
• Identify duplication, gaps, inconsistencies, and simplification opportunities.
• Work across business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Drive requirements through ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an inventory of existing reports, dashboards, metrics, and reporting artifacts.
• Research historical reporting to understand the original business need, audience, and use cases.
• Assess reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, consistency, and value.
• Identify gaps and reports no longer serving a purpose.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace, or decommission reporting.
• Define stakeholder groups and personas that consume or produce reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews and working sessions to gather requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into defined business and functional requirements.
• Maintain traceability between needs, requirements, reports, metrics, and outcomes.
• Develop a target‑state reporting portfolio based on requirements and findings.
• Define reports to address unmet needs and enhancements.
• Prioritize requirements and develop a transition roadmap.
• Define ownership and governance for reports and data.
• Maintain a reporting catalog and governance standards.
• Establish criteria for report retirement and ongoing portfolio rationalization.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure reporting supports decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, usability, and efficiency.
