AgileEngine is seeking a Business Analyst to assess existing reporting and define a future-state governance model across a broad stakeholder community. You will inventory reports, research historical needs, and propose enhancements to create a sustainable, value-driven reporting portfolio.

The role requires strong analysis, stakeholder interview skills, and the ability to translate complex needs into defined requirements. Flexible arrangements include remote and on-site work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong business analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitaterequirements workshops.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Assess current reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, and value.
• Identify gaps and decommission obsolete reports to improve portfolio quality.
• Define a future-state reporting strategy and governance model across stakeholders.
• Establish ownership, traceability, and a roadmap for reporting changes.
