• 4+ years of strong business analysis and requirements-management experience.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and run requirements workshops.
• Experience assessing and rationalizing an analytics/reporting portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into structured requirements.
• Develop process maps, documentation, reporting inventories and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing reports, dashboards, metrics, and reporting artifacts.
• Research historical reporting to understand original business needs and use cases.
• Assess current reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, and value.
• Identify reporting gaps and reports no longer serving a purpose.
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace or decommission reporting.
• Identify stakeholder groups and personas consuming or relying on reporting.
• Conduct structured interviews and working sessions to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined business and functional requirements.
• Establish a consolidated view of reporting demand across groups.
