Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Center (Remote) to own client relationships from kickoff to delivery. You will manage multi-workstream projects spanning hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands, while ensuring clear documentation and dashboard visibility.

You will coordinate with vendors, validate work orders, and lead a small technical team, maintaining SOPs and change management practices in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role with account exposure.
• Proficiency with ITSM and project tooling including Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO management.
• Proven ability to develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal client reporting and ticketing

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings with clients.
• Translate requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Maintain SLA commitments, track delivery, and manage escalations without handoffs.
• Oversee datacenter operations including server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Manage full ticket lifecycle in ITSM platforms and maintain live project dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and onboarding materials; identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Assist in preparing quotes and SOWs for new engagements
