Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations with remote work. You will own client relationships, manage multi‑workstream projects, and coordinate hardware deployment, cabling, power, and cooling across onsite and remote hands.

You'll track tickets in Jira/ServiceNow, review work orders, manage budgets, and ensure change control and safety compliance while guiding junior technicians and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure with client exposure.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power and cooling.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools for project tracking and ticketing.
• Experience owning budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO approvals.
• Leadership of small technical teams and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings with clients.
• Translate requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Own tickets end-to-end in Jira/ServiceNow and close them with clear docs.
• Oversee multi-workstream projects from planning to sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement and RMA logistics.
• Ensure datacenter safety, change management, and access protocols.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians on-site remotely.
