Zeo Consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations with remote capability. You will act as the main technical liaison for client accounts, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and own ticket workflows across Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM tools.

Responsibilities include onboarding, scoping, technical reviews, budgeting, and coordinating multi-workstream deployments while ensuring uptime and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or closely related field.
• Direct client-facing experience handling technical discussions.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and structured cabling.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor POs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report on delivery status, and handle escalations directly.
• Build long-term relationships to reduce churn and increase account expansion.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in ITSM platforms.
• Create, assign, prioritize, and close tickets with clear documentation.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.
• Identify blockers and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including server rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling.
