Jobgether SRL is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Center to serve as the primary technical contact for client accounts. You will own the full project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery, coordinating multi-workstream initiatives across procurement, deployment, and sign-off.

The role requires hands-on DC operations experience, familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow), and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while maintaining clear client communications.

Formación

• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role or account management with a technical background.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear client reports and tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations directly.
• Coordinate with vendors and hardware suppliers on procurement and logistics.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work including server rack/stack, cabling, and power.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders.
