Premier Research Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own client relationships and drive datacenter projects from planning through delivery, remotely. You will manage multi-workstream efforts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to ITIL-style processes while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting experience, and proven leadership of small technical teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and structured cabling.
• Proficiency with ITSM/project tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Experience owning project budgets or vendor POs.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow; create, assign, close tickets.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work; ensure safety and change protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMAs.
• Prepare quotes and SOWs for new engagements.
• Build SOPs, runbooks, onboarding materials; identify skill gaps and train.
