AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based source systems, plus upper-intermediate English.
You will partner with business stakeholders, design and maintain dashboards, and ensure data quality across Snowflake and SAP HANA sources in an Agile
Competenze
- 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and reporting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
- Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
- Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability with stakeholders and tech teams.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across the business.
- Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decisions.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
