AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders to design end-to-end analytics, onboard data into the enterprise data

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
