AgileEngine, a data-driven software partner, seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions translating enterprise data into actionable insights.
You will work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, and SAP-based sources, modeling data, defining KPIs, and delivering scalable analytics in an Agile environment with distributed teams. English must be upper-intermediate.
Competenze
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
- Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across layers of a data solution.
- Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
- Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
- Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with business data owners and tech teams.
- Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics; avoid isolated reports.
- Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
- Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
