AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable business insights.

Requirements include 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, Power BI data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake or SAP-based sources, with upper-intermediate English. Work in an Agile setting with distributed and remote teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.

Mansioni

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
