AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling and SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, with upper-intermediate English.

• 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data, plus Snowflake/SAP-based sources.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
