AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling and DAX, solid SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms, plus SAP-based sources and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency
• Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple data layers
• Strong communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA)
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with stakeholders
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams
