AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL proficiency, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design dashboards, translate requirements into data models, and ensure data quality across a Snowflake/SAP data ecosystem

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modelling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Mansioni

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform including Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision making.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
