Mercor’s Talent Success team is hiring a remote, full-time role for a web-app oriented support engineer. You will triage and investigate issues reported by talents, reproduce bugs, and coordinate with engineering to resolve them.

Strong English communication, a knack for precise written replies, and familiarity with modern web stacks (React/Node) are essential as you will interact with AI-based interview tools and SaaS workflows.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting web applications and customers.
• Familiar with AI systems and agents; comfortable with AI tooling and prompts.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end; reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
• Triage with engineering and product teams; provide user-facing guidance.
• Debug SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and queries.
• Create clear runbooks and documentation to reduce repeat issues.
• Communicate with clients professionally, precisely, and empathetically.
• Surface product risks and systemic patterns to leadership.
