This role requires collaboration with the engineering team and maintaining a precise yet friendly communication style. Must be available to work significantly during Pacific Time hours.

Formación

• Ability to debug web applications with a related degree or prior startup experience.
• Comfortable with AI systems and behavior exploration.
• Familiarity with AI APIs like OpenAI or frameworks like LangChain.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using various tools.
• Create clear documentation and communicate efficiently.
