SupportYourApp is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to design and implement AI-powered customer support and business-operations solutions. You will translate requirements into scalable architectures, evaluate technologies, and guide projects from discovery through implementation.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify the best AI approach for each use case, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Experience taking AI support solutions from deployment to customer use.
• Experience building AI-powered chatbots/voicebots for support ops.
• Hands-on with AI/automation platforms (Zendesk AI Agents, n8n, Voiceflow, Botpress, Cognigy).
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions and explain to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end AI solutions based on client needs.
• Define solution architecture, data flows, and integration approach.
• Build AI-powered solutions including chatbots, agent assist, and automation.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and knowledge retrieval.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Demo proposed AI solutions and explain business value.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
