As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify information, follow scripts, and document interactions while delivering professional, empathetic service.

Formación

• Strong spoken and written English required.
• Experience in customer service, call center or sales is a plus.
• Available to work 40 hours per week or more.
• Fully remote role with paid training.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential clients
• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service
• Gather and verify client information
• Document interactions and update internal systems
• Follow established scripts and procedures
• Follow up with potential clients when needed
