Job summary

Do & Co Group is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative for remote work to support customers with inquiries, reservations, and general questions. You will communicate clearly, solve problems, and maintain accurate records while upholding a positive customer experience.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager within the Customer Experience department and requires an ability to work independently in a remote setting, using CRM systems and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful when handling difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
