Job summary

Hirelago.Com is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will help customers with questions, reservations, and general support while representing the company in a positive, helpful manner.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
