Job summary

Exp. Group. Llc is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

You will assist customers across phone, email, and chat, providing accurate product and policy information while delivering a positive experience. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and maintaining detailed records. Prior customer service or travel-related experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests, reservations, changes, cancellations, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity standards.
• Protect customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
