You should own hooks, editing, AI variations, and scaling paid media. You will work closely with the founder and support teams, balancing creative ideas with data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative design or performance-focused roles.
• Experience with Meta/Facebook and Instagram ads for ecommerce.
• Ability to turn raw content into high-performing creatives.
• Experience with AI tools for editing, copy, and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work with a founder.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and testing calendar across hooks and formats.
• Coordinate creator-content pipeline and maintain a reusable asset library.
• Produce performance creatives through editing, resizing, and variations.
• Leverage AI-enabled execution to scale output.
• Manage paid-media tests and connect creative decisions to results.
• Analyze performance and iterate based on data.
• Ensure landing-page alignment with ads.
• Collaborate with the founder, support team, and community manager.
