Folqs is seeking a high-impact Head of Growth - a performance media buyer and creative strategist who has already scaled eCommerce brands. You’ll own paid media, creative testing, and full-funnel optimization, driving profitable growth.

This is a 100% remote, equity-upside role requiring ownership and hands-on execution. We want a data-driven operator who can lead with minimal guidance, align with founders, and leverage AI to accelerate research, scripting, and production.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies
• Proven Meta media buying experience with hands-on scaling (at least $50k/month in ad spend)
• Strong creative strategy and performance marketing acumen
• Direct-response advertising and customer psychology expertise
• Hands-on with creative: can write or edit hooks, scripts, headlines, briefs, and landing page copy
• Experience managing creative production with UGC creators, editors, and designers

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Meta as the primary acquisition channel, with Google/TikTok experience a plus
• Develop winning creative angles, hooks, messaging, and formats based on data
• Build and manage a systematic testing pipeline for rapid creative iteration
• Analyze full funnel performance and optimize landing pages, offers, and ads
• Mine customer feedback and external sources for new angles and opportunities
• Collaborate with founders, own the growth engine, and execute with minimal hand-holding
