Powerdigitalmarketing seeks a Growth Marketer to drive paid social growth for e‑commerce and personal brands. You will split your time across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communications, turning audience research into compelling copy and performance-driven campaigns.

You will lead creative direction, manage campaigns, interpret metrics, and present actionable recommendations to clients, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering results.

Formación

• Strong copywriting that resonates with social scroll behavior.
• Studies ads and reverse-engineering what makes a campaign work.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and create resonant ad angles.
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy for ads and creatives.
• Direct creative production and maintain brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns and budgets.
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights to the client.
• Lead client meetings and keep project documentation up to date.
