Tidal is hiring a Head of Partnerships & Creator Program to own the creator, influencer, and product seeding program for a fast-growing DTC brand. This remote, full-time contractor role reports to the Founder/CMO and involves building relationships with creators and managing end-to-end partnerships.

You will lead outreach, negotiations, content expectations, and track performance against KPIs, while coordinating with creative and marketing teams for scalable growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Experience building and managing creator programs end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of gifting, affiliate partnerships and creator economics.
• Comfort negotiating rates and terms directly with creators.
• Experience using performance data to scale partnerships.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the creator, influencer, and product seeding strategy across organic, affiliate, gifting, and paid partnerships.
• Source, evaluate, recruit, and build relationships with creators aligned with the brand and growth goals.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, agreements, product selection, shipping, content expectations, and rights.
• Develop a scalable creator pipeline and maintain relationships for repeat collaborations.
• Track creator activity, content delivery, affiliate performance, engagement, and conversions.
• Identify creator content for repurposing in ads, pages, social, and email.
• Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and leadership on briefs and launches.
• Build systems, reporting, and docs for managing a growing program.
• Set and hit KPIs with minimal direction.
