Scale Jet is seeking a commercially minded Creative Director to lead the creative function across our ecommerce business. You will own the complete creative direction from paid ads to product pages, email, and organic content, prioritising conversion and profitability.

You will combine creative judgment with customer insights, performance data, and team leadership to build a scalable, high‑performing function that drives growth and brand elevation across multiple channels.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in ecommerce or retail
• Proven ability to drive conversion and performance through creative strategy
• Strong portfolio showing brand-building and direct-response work
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary creative teams

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the ecommerce creative direction across channels
• Develop briefs and testable concepts based on customer insights and data
• Lead product launches and seasonal campaigns with clear messaging
• Drive a fast, structured creative testing and production workflow
• Ensure consistency of brand, quality, and performance across channels
• Mentor designers, editors, copywriters, and external partners
