Peak Support seeks a Creative Lead (pooling) to transform business objectives, product benefits, and brand stories into compelling creative for paid and organic channels. You will craft headlines, visuals, and campaigns across social, websites, and email while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.

You will work with AI tools and modern design platforms, delivering high-quality, on-brand content quickly.

Formación

• Professional experience in copywriting and design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with consumer brands, preferably ecommerce or DTC.
• Experience creating paid social advertising and a strong understanding of organic social content.
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and persuasive copywriting skills.
• Ability to translate product features into compelling customer benefits.
• Comfort using AI and emerging creative tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple creative projects.
• Comfort receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and working independently without constant direction.
• Experience with food, wellness, CPG, nutrition, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
• Meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
• Understand the objective behind an assignment before executing it.
• Bring ideas and solutions, not just identify problems.
• Maintain high standards across both copy and design and take ownership of brand consistency.
• Respond constructively to feedback and learn from creative performance.
• Use AI and other tools intelligently without becoming dependent on them.
• Work with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Write and refine headlines, hooks, ad copy, product messaging, CTAs, and campaign concepts.
• Create visual assets that combine copy, imagery, typography, and design.
• Develop creative for paid social advertising, including static and video concepts.
• Create organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
• Turn topics such as fiber and gut health into simple, compelling consumer education.
• Support website and ecommerce creative, including homepage messaging, product pages, landing pages, and promotions.
• Support email campaigns, product launches, founder communications, and customer education.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop templates and creative systems to improve throughput.
